Everyday, I write down three things that I am grateful for. I’ve been doing this for a few months now and it has completely changed the way I look at things. This morning, I’m grateful for a few hours of relaxation, the gorgeous winter wonderland out my window, and my ever loving fiance. Thanks to the lovely Abby Grace Photography for sharing this great idea at one of her workshops!
If this isn’t something you do, or even think about, I highly recommend it. Sometimes you don’t realize how much you are grateful for until you give it a little thought and it’s written out explicitly right in front of you! I personally like to do this at night before bed, so I can reflect on things from the day. But this is an activity that can be done anytime of day! Cheers to gratitude and enjoying the little things in life- like really good morning coffee
